At Ploumanac'h, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
